Sphere is where vetted leading experts run live, cohort-based courses for professionals around the world.

We are building  the world’s largest decentralized corporate university  and growing rapidly:

Sphere is looking for an Account Executive with early stage experience who will work directly with the CEO on establishing Sphere's enterprise function. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and you'll manage a list of mid-market to enterprise accounts.

What you’ll do at Sphere:

  • Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets by effectively selling Sphere enterprise packages to functional team leads / L&D departments

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and manage a list of mid-market to enterprise accounts

  • Establish monitoring systems on Hubspot (primary CRM) to track $ spend and employees being sent to Sphere courses by individual companies

  • Optimize our customer success strategy for current enterprise clients (refine our economic ROI framework and expand average contract size)

  • Work closely with senior management, implementation, engineering, and product teams to scope and construct new business proposals

  • Provide ongoing feedback to Marketing, Product, and Senior Management teams on market dynamics, customer requirements, and new opportunities
