About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our people- and tech-powered processes for the production and fulfillment of our at-home testing kits. With tens of thousands of kits shipped last year and a projected 2M+ this year, this is an opportunity to lead a critical aspect of a growing company.

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing all aspects of the production of our kits and the fulfillment of orders
Managing relationships with suppliers and print partners
Identifying areas of improvement and working with the technical team to further scale processes
Leading, scaling, and managing the production team here in Cincinnati

To excel in this role, you should have:

Experience managing people
A technical background is a plus or the ability to interface with our technical team
An eye for design and high attention to detail
Strong background in logistics and inventory management
Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence
