About the role

About You:

  • Experience in Information Security / Cyber Security
  • Looking to establish a new role in a fast-growing company and help write the playbook for the rest of the team
  • Excited about working with some of the fastest growing companies in the world

Ideal (though not necessary) Experience:

  • Helping Organizations with Information Security
  • Customer-facing Roles (e.g. Sales, Customer Success / Support)
  • Programming Experience (e.g. Javascript, Python, Go, etc.)
  • Knowledge of / Experience with Cloud-Based Infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP, Heroku, etc.)


  • Act as a subject matter expert and the primary point of contact on all-things-Security for Stacksi Customers
  • Support customers in handling Security questionnaires utilizing our customer questionnaire platform in a timely manner
  • Create content and resources to help Stacksi scale to hundreds of customers
  • Systematically capture customer feedback and help shape Stacksi's product roadmap
