About the role
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
1.Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback 2.Manage entire employee lifecycle 3.Manage day to day HR activities. 4.Develop training and development programs for the employee 5.Manage job postings on the job portals, social media, websites etc. 6.Prepare job description in discussion with line managers. 7.Conduct performance and wage reviews. 8.Build pay plan and benefits program. 9.Nurture a positive working environment 10.Build and nurture a HR team
