What you’ll do
Oversee operations for a growing team of instructors, coaches and student experience professionals Drive repeatable operational processes to deliver the best learning experience at scale Develop and execute creative initiatives and experiments to improve the student, instructor and coach experience Own and achieve the student success metrics, including retention and placement rates Gather and analyze student success data and address areas for improvement Work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, and partnerships team to provide visibility into student and instructor feedback and help inform their roadmaps
