As a Y Combinator-backed remote startup spread across the Bay Area and both coasts, we’re growing rapidly and already service global clients such as Samsung, LG, Qualcomm, Niantic, and many more. Our team is growing! We’re looking for an exceptional RevOps Manager to join our growing team.  As a RevOps Manager, you will partner with key team leaders across sales, marketing, and customer success to identify strategic and operational projects that provide business insights and high priority objectives to Superb AI.  We are looking for someone with the desire and curiosity to constantly learn and take initiative in a fast-paced SaaS company.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Being a true partner to our growth leaders, supporting their teams with tools, processes, and analyticsSupporting reporting and forecasting for the organization, identifying significant changes and trends that will impact our growth.
  • Assisting leadership in market sizing and quota planning to assist teams in optimizing team performance.
  • Reviewing, uncovering and resolving data quality issues; make recommendations to avoid issues in the futureServing as a strategic thought partner to the organization by surfacing key insights, providing recommendations on areas for improvement, and identifying growth levers in order to set strategic direction.
  • Ensuring scalability of processes and systems as our team grows.
  • Defining and implementing KPIs and processes across our entire growth team to ensure a streamlined customer experience and internal alignment.
  • Partnering closely with cross functional counterparts to ensure the teams are delivering what they are responsible for and they are executing toward the overall business objectives and annual plan.
  • Acting as the liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless customer journey, supported by clean data and reporting between all stages.
  • The weekly revenue forecasting process, pipeline analysis, and KPIs, while proactively assisting the teams in increasing the effectiveness of the teams and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of revenue operations experience
  • Proficiency in Customer Data tools (Segment)
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot
  • Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of the sales conversion funnel
  • Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Excel, G-Suite, Slack).
  • A passion for the AI space and a strong technical aptitude.
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills with a goal oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders and providing recommendations based on performance
  • Strong understanding of the flow of leads from top of the funnel through to sales cycle
  • Proven experience managing marketing technology and database systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot or other leading MAPs 
  • Ability to code / programmatically configure revops tools (i.e. salesforce, hubspot)
  • Experience working for successful software startups
