As a Y Combinator-backed remote startup spread across the Bay Area and both coasts, we’re growing rapidly and already service global clients such as Samsung, LG, Qualcomm, Niantic, and many more. 

 Our team is growing! We’re looking for a stand out Sales Development Representative to join our growing team.  The Sales Development Representatives (SDR) are our conversation starters, responsible for creating brand awareness, account prospecting, and building a pipeline of opportunities for the wider sales organization. You will be contacting prospective customers, leveraging the use of social selling, email, video, cold calling (we’re big fans of clever communication here!) to best position Superb AI solutions. Consider yourself the bridge between Marketing and Sales, always conscious of all marketing initiatives and the importance of collaboration and timing within your outreach and communication style.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting high volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads.
  • Communicating Superb AI’s value proposition quickly and effectively to engage your audience through calls, voicemails, and emails.
  • Meeting, and exceeding where possible, monthly, quarterly and annual quota of qualified opportunities.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the sales teams on strategy to meet sales goals.
  • Scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives to qualify leads, learning about the sales process along the way.
  • Providing prompt phone/email follow up to specific leads and properly document and track all activity in Salesforce
  • Tracking and delivering timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

  • 1-2 years SaaS sales experience desired but not required OR strong desire to begin a sales career
  • Experience prospecting into Enterprise Accounts desired
  • Ability to work with autonomy and make good decisions to grow your business
  • Experience in start-up environment
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify accounts.
  • Lead Prospecting, Generation, and QualificationDemonstrated sales productivity skills (CRM, organization, forecasting, attention to detail)
  • Strong track record of achieving results and taking on new responsibilities 


  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience selling SW/Services/Solutions into High Tech Fast Growing companies
  • Use of Salesforce and Linkedin Sales Navigator
