The Role As Growth and Sales Lead you will handle merchant outreach, onboarding, and ongoing customer relationships to rapidly grow sellers on our marketplace from day one.
Ideal Candidate We're looking for a capable head of sales with an e-commerce background preferably in building marketplaces. The candidate has experience bringing on new merchants and a pipeline for growth.
- 3+ years of sales and growth experience
- Knowledge of commerce, e-commerce, marketplaces
- Self-organized, you are known for closing sales, charting growth, and managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication/writing skills.
- Self-starter. You will be able to hit the ground running with little direction.
- Startup experience at a high-growth company.
- Online marketplace experience.
