About the role

  • Leading on the Tahora marketing (social, PR, events, community and more)
  • Working with our client's internal marketing teams to promote Tahora internally to their workforce
  • Launch and deliver our Community Leader Programme - our new offering to educate and upskill community leaders on Tahora to get the most out of the app
  • Testing creative growth strategies to continuously grow the Tahora ecosystem of clients
  • Curate and manage the business messaging to appeal to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Work closely with the client internal teams to devise a strategy for launch and onboarding

Requirements

  • 3+ years marketing experience with start-ups or growth companies
  • Highly skilled with campaign development, social marketing and copywriting
  • Strong communication skills, confident delivering workshops and working with stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and bring creative ideas
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty
