About This Role

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual who will be a key part of the UK commercial team.  In this role you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in developing new business and managing existing clients, including maintaining effective and positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Taking a lead role in overseeing and managing the delivery of sold campaigns.  This will include developing and working to production timelines, working closely with editorial and other internal teams and liaising with clients on sign-off.
  • You will also monitor and report on the delivery of sold campaigns during and after campaign flight, including creating campaign recap documents.
  • Working alongside our research and insights agency partner to support and help facilitate campaign effectiveness research for key partnerships.
  • Assist the sales team in the support and management of accounts and supporting the billing and invoicing process.
  • Play an active role in working with sales and wider teams to create and develop ideas and campaign concepts that can be pitched to clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience. 
  • You are creative and are motivated by being part of building meaningful partnerships and relationships with advertiser
  • You are a self-starter, know how to assume responsibility and accountability, and are good at getting work done without someone looking over your shoulder.
  • You manage time well, focus on urgent and important tasks, follow up in a timely manner, and show strong attention to detail.
  • You are an excellent communicator over email, on the phone, and in person.
  • You are able to comfortably adapt to shifts in priorities.
  • You are good at working independently but enjoy being part of a team.
  • Preferred interest in football and other sports.
  • The position is based in London.  Combination of office based and remote working, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
