Tivara is building AI agents that take care of the complex, behind-the-scenes operations for large specialty clinics, allowing doctors to focus on delivering optimal care (not phone calls). Demand from clinics is already outpacing our capacity, and every feature you ship directly accelerates our growth.

The Role
As a founding engineer, you’ll be working directly with the CTO to design and build the core systems that power our AI agents. You’ll own entire features across the stack and help set the technical and cultural foundation of Tivara.
Some of the problems you might tackle:
- Voice AI Architecture - Build the core platform connecting telephony, LLMs, and models to power thousands of low-latency patient ↔ agent conversations. You’ll be pushing the limits of Voice AI infrastructure in a fast-evolving space
- AI-Native Post-Call Workflows - Automate what happens after a call, from charting to scheduling. You’ll design evaluation frameworks and ship production-ready AI agents that form the backbone of our “agentic workforce.”
