About the role

We are looking for a team of senior full-stack engineers that will take into any challenge that we need to solve for our customers. We anticipate that you will

• Own large areas of building our product as we achieve product-market fit
• Build back-end technologies that solve massive data problems
• Deliver experiments at high velocity to improve our customer value to our costumers
• Learn new technologies quickly

Our primary tech stack consists of: Python, Node, React, and AWS. We also use low code tools to run experiments. We are agnostic to your existing tech stack and will interview you in your preferred coding languange.

About you

You are a strong engineer who makes practical solutions to complex problems. You thrive in ambiguous environments and thrive in balancing speed and tech debt. You want to be part of a small, fast-paced, and humble team helping small businesses in Latin America. You will thrive in our culture if you are:

Ideally, you have

• Experience at other API and developer experience companies
• 3+ years of full-time engineering experience

You must have

• Language proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese

3. Join us for a 1-hour interview
4. Work with us on a 2-day freelance paid contract
