As part of Truepill’s Customer Success & Growth organization, you will manage one of Truepill’s most strategic accounts at the Executive and Operational level. You will directly lead a team of account managers, and lead a cross-functional effort spanning Pharmacy Operations, Technology teams and data analysts to deliver on a set of high-visibility programs spanning telehealth, pharmacy, and e-commerce.
You have a strong track record of working in fast-paced, start-up environments, process re-engineering, and cultivating relationships at the Executive level. You are eager to deliver on core program KPI’s and grow the client relationship into additional Truepill offerings
