Senior Engineering Manager: As our team grows we are looking for a mindful, empathetic self-aware experienced individual with a technical background to lead one of our engineering teams. You will play a key role in the overall success of the team by managing and mentoring. You will oversee various projects, budgets, and hiring processes.

Our core stack includes - JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js / React / MongoDB / SQL / Docker / Kubernetes / Express.js / GCP

What You'll Be Doing:

• Estimate scale and difficulty of projects
• Manage development resources effectively to deliver quality results on time
• Drive developer happiness and professional growth
• Maintain high standards of code quality and review
• Make architectural decisions for new products

We're Looking For Someone With:

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of software management experience, directly managing engineers
• 2+ years of growing, managing leads and managers
• Good interpersonal skillsGood written communication skills
• Managed a team of at least 20
