Software Engineer

We are a small team of GS/Google/Stanford alumni, looking for eng #3.

The core problems we are working on are:

1. UX challenges, primarily funnel optimization
2. Document Understanding with Transformers
3. Data Integration (Replicating and canonicalizing data)
4. Workflow Automation

We are excited about candidates who:

• want to help customers
• enjoy arguing with us about what to do
• are not strictly specialized
• think it's cool to make a bot that understands documents

Interview Process

Phone Screen

This is just a quick chat to understand if we're aligned. We'll ask if you're okay with working in person in Los Angeles, what your timelines are, and why you're interested in working for Two Dots.

Technical Screen

We will spend 45 minutes working on a short algorithms challenge together. It's not important to be able to recite an exactly correct solution - this interview is mostly there to elicit the way you think and communicate about the problem.

Interview Process

If we think we might be a good fit for each other, you will travel to LA for a full day with us. There will be a few technical interviews that will be tailored to your background, along with informal discussions about how you can help the company and how we can help you grow your career.

Timing

We should be able to give you an answer within a week of your in-person interview.
