About the role
Overview
We are looking for a KYC/Compliance Advisor with real-world expertise in large enterprise settings. Your primary role is to provide insights for our research on how generative AI is transforming compliance processes. This is not about handling our internal KYC, but rather guiding us with practical knowledge and feedback to shape our GenAI solutions and reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Expert Advice: Offer detailed knowledge of KYC/compliance workflows in large organizations.
- Research Collaboration: Participate in interviews and discussions to highlight how enterprises can apply AI for compliance automation.
- Regulatory Context: Provide guidance on relevant frameworks (AML, GDPR, etc.) and potential AI use cases.
- Strategic Input: Help refine our research approach and product strategies for deploying AI in regulated industries.
Required Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Significant background in KYC/compliance roles at large, regulated enterprises (financial services, fintech, etc.).
- Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with major compliance regulations and their practical requirements.
- AI Awareness: Interest or past involvement in how AI (particularly GenAI) can improve compliance workflows.
Communication & Analysis: Ability to convey complex compliance requirements and share real-world examples or case studies.

- Initial Screen (10-Minute AI Interview): A quick, qualitative session with our AI Interviewer to gauge your compliance background and research interests. (Not a technical test.)
- Team Conversations: Individual talks with key stakeholders and researchers to dive deeper into your insights and experience.
- (If Applicable) Scenario Exercise: We may discuss or provide hypothetical KYC challenges for your expert input.
