Vendah is looking for an amazing person to join our Operations team. This area plays a central role in our strategy and results, as it will directly impact the company's performance and productivity.

Ownership mindset, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to get your hands dirty with operational tasks are fundamental for this person, as they will be involved in both strategic decisions and operational activities.

The position is for in-person work (Pari region - São Paulo - SP), with the possibility of some days of home office.

Responsibilities

Work with the team on the following activities:

• Assist in general activities related to Supply, Logistics, and Purchasing areas
• Develop and monitor indicators and business performance reports
• Support implementation and management of tools focused on improving efficiency
• Identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• Ability to think strategically but also have a passion for getting your hands dirty and seeing your ideas come to life
• Ability to solve practical problems by breaking down complex problems into small parts
• Proactive and motivated by big challenges
• Good ability to work in multidisciplinary teams but with good autonomy to make things happen
• Good analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets)
