About the role

About the Role: We are looking for a qualified technical program manager to join our team. You will oversee the end to end management of various project life cycles as well as document specifications, and create project/sprint schedules which become a blueprint for the entire project completion and delivery.

What you’ll be doing: Works with stakeholders to define and breakdown project requirements’ and all resources necessary for all projects Design timelines and scope for each project Coordinate efforts and manage collaborations with all units of the tech team: developers, scrum master and other project stakeholders Manage various aspects of the project including the schedules Oversee test and review of potential solutions within the program to ensure the product operates as expected from the business requirements document. Create and manage an up to date documentation which includes a budget report for each project. Deploy an agile method of project management for the management of all project phases and resolution of all challenges. coordinate project tasks and serve as a connection with management, providing constant communication, calls, and status reports to them. Work closely with the tech team to energize them and keep deliverables on track, and also provide structured software development lifecycle guidance for the team to follow. Monitor the progress of projects; ensuring that projects are on schedule and within budget. Continuous tracking of project status towards milestones, resolving obstructions (resource constraints, requirement ambiguity), and communicating ongoing progress to stakeholders, and suggesting changes to guarantee optimal use of the company’s resources. Coordinate Daily Creative Scrums with all necessary stakeholders, consolidating feedback & ensuring team members know next steps and assign action items. Continuously find ways to streamline workflow and optimize the process to identify best practice Ensure teams are upholding the Vendease brand integrity in their decisions throughout the project life cycle.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or any IT-related field /proven work experience Minimum of 4+ years experience working as a technical project manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of Agile principles and concepts Experience working in a FinTech company is Mandatory. Working knowledge of project and workstream management tools such as Jira. Tenacious, self-starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill into actionable project plans. Excellent organizational skills and an analytical view on maximizing productivity, with a focus on value and not getting caught up in the process. Advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills.
