About the role

Work with a Purpose

We’re building the country’s largest telehealth prevention platform to help low-income Americans with chronic disease improve their lives and to solve the biggest crisis of our time - health equity.

Tech companies aren’t able to reach those who can’t afford to pay. We are a tech nonprofit with people from leading health tech startups focused on bringing tech innovation to those in need and making an impact for under-resourced Americans.

Our digital diabetes program has proven clinical efficacy and engagement, and we’re ready to reach more patients and scale our platform to users across the country. Join us to help us build the clinical partnerships that will help us succeed.

We’re a fully distributed team and open to U.S. based candidates. This role is full-time with the potential for flexible schedules. Compensation is a non-profit salary commensurate with experience.

The Role

As a Clinical Partnerships Manager you will wear multiple hats and lead initiatives in data, operations, partnerships, and product. We’re a small team and we’re looking for a nimble operator who is excited to make a great impression on our clinical partners and get things done. We each step up as leaders and have a great time working together.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing and clinical outreach to build new relationships with new referral partners

  • Build partnerships with existing clinical partners to provide collaborative, responsive, and long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities include:

    • Maintain regular communication and meetings with key players at each clinic

    • Adapt our referral process to each clinic/plan’s unique needs and create a seamless referral feedback loop

    • Manage internal tools and dashboards to provide weekly reporting on program analytics to internal and external stakeholders including clinic partners

    • Tailor our offerings to align and impact key partner initiatives/priorities

  • Constantly strive to increase the potential impact of our program on key quality metrics and health outcomes

  • Scope, define, and carry out new internal processes like physician marketing and managing our clinical billing processes

  • Scope and manage quantitative and qualitative analyses to improve program effectiveness

  • Work closely with the Coaching Team Manager to anticipate and respond to patient volume and referral partner needs and requests

  • Develop expertise in Centers for Medicare and Medicaid billing and referral standards and ensure team compliance

About You

  • People-centered leader excited to join a small team

  • 4+ years of experience at a data-driven health technology startup or healthcare organization.

  • You’re a master at taking an objective and designing a process to make it happen.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to apply data-driven insights.

  • An ability to develop relationships with and influence partners from diverse backgrounds.

  • Enthusiasm and a positive outlook.

  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and manage your own time to succeed.

  • Clinical experience is a plus, especially experience with health coaching and motivational interviewing.

  • Additional language experience is a plus.
