Veryfi is looking for a Head of Customer Success (in Silicon Valley) to lead a team, nurture & care for Veryfi’s fast growing customer base and play a pivotal role in the success of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have 10+ years of Experience in Customer Success,
  • Have Industry Experience in a Transactional business model (eg. Twilio, Stripe, Plaid et al),
  • Exercise Data Driven decision making,
  • Have led team(s) in Customer Success working with customers of all sizes from SMB to Fortune 500,
  • Possess technical and communication competence.
