Vessel is looking for founding Engineer #3 to round out our founding team and help us meet customer demand!

Phone Screen [30 Min]
- Chat about your background to ensure the role is a good fit + give you an opportunity to ask questions about Vessel!
Technical Screen [1 hr]
- You'll share your screen and we'll walk through a coding question together. We don't ask LeetCode/HackeRrank-type questions and you'll work in your own IDE.
Onsite [3 hr]
- Technical Design question [1 hr]
- Coding question [1 hr] (same as technical screen, no-leetcode in your own IDE)
- Behavioral interview [30 min]
- Closing/Questions for us [30 min]
Our Interview is meant to simulate what working at Vessel is like as closely as possible. We love candidates that have researched the space and come prepared with questions about Vessel.
About Vessel
Why Now?
Over 90% of businesses use a CRM, but many companies with integrations only support 1-2 CRMs. It takes 65 CRMs to cover 60% of the market meaning existing companies with integrations are missing out on a huge number of potential customers.
Why Us?
We just raised $2.5M in seed funding from Accel and Bain Capital Ventures and are growing rapidly. Additionally, the Co-founders of Vessel were both engineers at an enterprise Saas company building out integrations (where they got the idea for Vessel) and have been working together for years.
