About the Role

We’re seeking a data-obsessed Performance Marketer to supercharge our campaign performance insights. You’ll monitor, analyze, and help optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging channels like Reddit, TikTok, and influencer marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Campaign Monitoring: Track daily performance metrics across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, influencer platforms). Identify anomalies, trends, and areas for optimization in real-time.
  • Campaign Analysis with Rigor: Conduct deep-dive analyses using statistical methods (e.g., regression, uplift analysis) to understand campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize Strategy: Support budget allocation recommendations by analyzing CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, and payback periods across channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Help guide A/B test design for landing pages, audiences, and creative experiments.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare clear, concise reports for leadership summarizing performance, learnings, and next steps.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years in a performance marketing, growth analytics, or similar role, ideally in SaaS or consumer tech. Experience managing or analyzing $50K-$1M/mo marketing budgets and working with lean marketing teams.
  • Channel Expertise: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and influencer/affiliate ecosystems to contextualize performance insights.
  • Strong Analytical Skillset: Expertise in Sheets/Excel and dashboarding tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.). SQL or Python proficiency strongly preferred. Strong grasp of marketing analytics, significance testing, incrementality, and performance modeling.
  • Strategic and Creative Mindset: Ability to think critically and creatively about marketing problems and an eye for how creative, messaging and user flows impact funnel performance.
  • Conversion Tracking Mastery: Deep understanding of conversion tracking technologies such as UTM parameters, GA4, offline conversions, attribution windows, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Startup Mentality: Self-starter who thrives in lean, high-autonomy environments.
