About Us

We're a team of engineers, clinicians, and operators redesigning how healthcare fundamentally works for the 80 million uninsured and under-insured Americans. We started with a simple vertically integrated primary and urgent care health plan through a network of nurse practitioners that come directly to members virtually or through in-home visits. We designed our plan to make high-quality concierge care accessible to everyone - from the Grammy winners that have used us to our uninsured members.

We're growing fast at 5x ARR over the last 6 months and are well-capitalized from world-class investors like Y Combinator, Softbank, and others unannounced along with incredible founders and operators with experience building and funding unicorns like Michael Seibel (YC, Twitch), Immad Akhund (Mercury), Allison Pickens (Gainsight), Jack Altman (Lattice), Dan Folkman (GoPuff) and others.

The role

The Member Engagement Specialist helps employees at our employer partners understand their Vitable benefits and activate their account. It's a critical role for us and a consultative opportunity for us to help employees that are uninsured and under-insured get access to great benefits at no cost to them.

Responsibilities

  • Contact employees through cold calls, emails & texts to educate those that haven’t activated their accounts about what we offer.
  • Develop processes to proactively engage employees to increase utilization over time
  • Maintain employer level data on employee pool utilization and identify at-risk accounts
  • Work with our Customer Success team to assist with employee education events for each employer to help employees understand what we do and how they can best utilize our coverage.
  • Become an expert on our service offering and assist employees during enrollment calls by providing insight and answering general questions about our offering

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of cold calling experience
  • Organized and has experience using a CRM to manage relationships and follow up
  • Excitement to consult members and educate them about their health over the phone
  • Previously worked in member enrollment at a benefits, insurance or brokerage company is a plus
