About the role

About Us

We're a team of engineers, clinicians, and operators redesigning how healthcare fundamentally works for the 80 million uninsured and under-insured Americans. We started with a simple vertically integrated primary and urgent care health plan through a network of nurse practitioners that come directly to members virtually or through in-home visits. We designed our plan to make high-quality concierge care accessible to everyone - from the Grammy winners that have used us to our uninsured members.

We're growing fast at 5x ARR over the last 6 months and are well-capitalized from world-class investors like Y Combinator, Softbank, and others unannounced along with incredible founders and operators with experience building and funding unicorns like Michael Seibel (YC, Twitch), Immad Akhund (Mercury), Allison Pickens (Gainsight), Jack Altman (Lattice), Dan Folkman (GoPuff) and others.

The role

In this critical role as our first Product Management hire, you'll partner with the entire Vitable team. Healthcare can be complex and confusing to employers and their employees, especially when most healthcare solutions seem to be complex and inaccessible by design. We're looking for an experienced product leader to help us reduce the complexity and continue to design leading-edge simple experiences that delight our members and partners.

You will drive the execution of our near-term goals and help set the strategic vision to continue to execute and find ways to drive additional value for our employers and employees with all of our product offerings from our primary care offering to our newest mental health offering.

Part of the beauty of what we're building is that we have to optimize for quality, cost, and accessibility together. Each is equally as important. For instance, most mental health platforms charge $65 - $300 for each consultation. Our members wouldn't be able to afford that. This presented both an opportunity and a challenge as we looked to build our mental health coverage, working with engineering and designing the value proposition for clinicians to be able to launch a mental health coverage option with the same quality at just $10/month. You'd continue to drive these offerings and help us scale.

_ We are looking to work with formidable builders that passionately care and are unrelenting in their obsession with solving hard problems.  _
