About Us

We're a team of engineers, clinicians, and operators redesigning how healthcare fundamentally works for the 80 million uninsured and under-insured Americans. We started with a simple vertically integrated primary and urgent care health plan through a network of nurse practitioners that come directly to members virtually or through in-home visits. We designed our plan to make high-quality concierge care accessible to everyone - from the Grammy winners that have used us to our uninsured members.

We're growing fast at 5x ARR over the last 6 months and are well-capitalized from world-class investors like Y Combinator, Softbank, and others unannounced along with incredible founders and operators with experience building and funding unicorns like Michael Seibel (YC, Twitch), Immad Akhund (Mercury), Allison Pickens (Gainsight), Jack Altman (Lattice), Dan Folkman (GoPuff) and others.

The role

In this critical role as our first Client Success Manager, you will own Vitable's employer relationships from launch through contract renewal. You are responsible for partnering with companies to drive product adoption and engagement and over time client retention and growth. You partner closely with business owners and their HR teams, serving as the expert on our products, strategic consultant, and health champion. You will also work closely with our product team to ensure we're continuously improving our technology product and health offerings.

We are looking to work with formidable builders that passionately care and are unrelenting in their obsession with solving hard problems.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding of new clients and manage a portfolio of 50 - 100 SMBs, serving as the face of Vitable
  • Build and manage relationships with a broad range of global stakeholders including CEOs, and their Benefit Managers / HR Executives
  • Create data-driven insights that inform the growth and long-term success of the partnerships you manage.
  • Use account data in our warehouse and Hubspot to understand and diagnose client health and opportunity/risk
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care to advocate for clients and drive successful adoption of Vitable

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as a customer success manager
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, curious, and interested in experimenting with new techniques to improve our processes. Our CSMs have the freedom to test new techniques.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and/or health insurance industry is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Experience and excitement in using data to share insights and drive actionable recommendations
  • Engaging presentation skills, and a desire to lead high impact projects
  • BA/BS from an accredited 4-year university, or equivalent experience
