What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

Vouch has a 3-HQ model: Office-Based, Office-Linked, and Remote-First. This role is Office Linked, which means that team members must live within a 2-3 hour commute from one of our main offices (SF or Chicago). Expectation will be that team members can easily come into the office on a project-by-project / case-by-case basis.

Role Responsibilities:

Vouch is looking for a high-performing Revenue Operations Associate to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Operations Director, this position is responsible for supporting a variety of exciting sales and services-related programs, initiatives, and analytics at Vouch.

Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has strong analytical skills, experience working with and improving Salesforce (and other GTM tools), an ability to collaborate well with cross-functional stakeholders, and a proactive interest in scaling sales, success, and marketing operations.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborative process improvement - work with sales, success, and marketing teams to identify data requirements, tooling, and instrumentation needed to enable best-in-class RevOps processes, analytics, and reporting.
  • Salesforce.com data stewardship and improvement: workflow/ automation management, dashboard, and report creation and upkeep, and end-user support and documentation.
  • Proactive problem solving - Actively engage in initiatives across the organization to identify gaps and build/improve/document business processes, automations, or reports to help the sales, success, and marketing teams scale.
  • Data and analytics: Measure and analyze sales activities & performance across the entire customer experience, identify areas for improvement, and understand KPIs and how they can be impacted.
  • Data-driven decision making: translate data sets into impactful insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports for the sales, success, and marketing teams.
  • Communication and reporting - Communicate upwards and to peers on project strategy, status, expectations, deadlines, and results.

About you:

  • Preferred 3+ years of work experience with SaaS analytics, sales, GTM, or Revenue operations
  • Must have experience with Salesforce.com, with the ability to speak the language and present recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to learn business processes, systems, and complex data relationships quickly with minimal instruction
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required, including proficiency with pivot tables and vlookups
  • Ability to Identify data inaccuracies and develop solutions to correct the inaccuracies
  • Excellent communication and social skills with a proven track record to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organization
  • Proactive attitude and interest in building efficiency and scaling operations
  • Creativity in developing actionable recommendations for presentation to senior management
