What you’ll do:

  • Drive user acquisition through performance marketing activity on major digital platforms including social, paid search, and display
  • Responsible for developing growth strategy and media KPIs around user retention, target audience, and channel mix
  • Perform media buys through agencies and directly with advertisers
  • Develop and own dashboards to monitor overall marketing channel performance and deliver in-depth analysis to the team
  • Explore new channels for potential growth marketing opportunities, including both performance channels and other possibilities
  • Improve app ranking on Google Play and iOS App Store
  • Partner with creative teams to design campaign assets that drive engagement and align with our brand guidelines
  • Partner with our Data team to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale
  • Continuously seek to improve our conversion metrics
  • Optimize acquisition campaigns by analyzing market trends and testing new targeting segments
  • Build and lead a high performing Growth Marketing team

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of experience working in digital or growth marketing
  • You are data-driven and have a strong technical and analytical background
  • You are hungry, scrappy and flexible enough to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • You are metrics driven and continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality and productivity
  • You have a successful track record of managing performance marketing channels including, but not limited to social, paid search, and display
  • You have experience in building marketing campaigns for user acquisition and brand awareness objectives
  • You have a persistent/determined work ethic and a willingness to try anything and everything, and to pivot quickly as needed
  • You are comfortable moving fast in an ambiguous work environment with little guidance
  • You have proven success in managing and leading an effective growth marketing team
  • Experience at a high-growth startup or creator-focused platform is a plus
