💼 About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team:
- work with the engineering team to build out testing and QA processes from scratch
- develop automated tests and testing frameworks from the ground up
- identify, record, document and track bugs
- set and track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
🏆 We'd like to see
- 4 or more years of experience as a QA or Test Engineer
- Experience in test automation for Web based application, API testing automation, and REST API
- Experience in Junit, Selenium, Jenkins and other testing tools
- Experience in testing process and automation
- Tech stack: ReactJS, Java, Springboot, NodeJS, Github, AWS

About the interview
- 1st interview (15 to 30 mins): introduction to Workflow86, introduce yourself, general overview of your background, deep dive into past experience (focusing on one major project), technical questions. Attendees: you, Aaron (Founder/CEO) and Roy (CTO)
- Technical test (2 to 3 days to complete): take home technical test
- 2nd interview (30-60 mins): deep-drive technical discussion and questions (solutions design, architecture, technical decision making). Ask further questions about us and our plans. Attendees: you, Aaron (Founder/CEO), Roy (CTO), and 1-2 software engineers.
