About the role

💼 About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will work with our customers (and potential customers) to identify problems where solutions built with Workflow86 can be deployed, and then assist them to build and deploy these solutions.

🔍 What we are looking for

  • Process oriented thinking i.e. the ability to quickly identify how things are done and turn those into a series of logic steps and stages
  • Problem-solving skills i.e. the ability to understand problems users may face and want to solve with Workflow86, and the ability to quickly develop solutions, workarounds or hacks to address that problem
  • Expertise (or ability to learn fast to quickly become an expert) in the Workflow86 platform, including the ability to quickly identify the appropriate components and combination of components to implement any given process
  • Relentless curiosity about different industries - our users span everything from deep sea exploration to aerospace manufacturing. You love learning everything you can about these industries and digging deep into their weird and interesting characteristics.

⭐ Bonus skills:

  • Ability to work with APIs (set up APIs, work with API data, troubleshoot APIs)
  • Basic coding skills (Javascript and Python in particular)

🙋‍♂️ The typical profile for a candidates would be:

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in any field
  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Engineer, Management Consulting or other process-driven professional services field
