Our Implementation Team is focused on helping our customers establish the foundation to achieve their desired business outcomes by guiding them on how to leverage the WorkRamp platform to its fullest potential. You will lead and manage a group of highly talented implementation managers to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and product usage. If you love working with people, building scalable programs, and are passionate about working in a startup environment, this is the ideal role for you! 

🔧 What will I be doing? 

• Support and manage a growing team of talented Implementation Managers (IMs)

• Conduct weekly project review meetings. Mentor IMs on strategies to drive successful implementations

• Identify and implement process-improvement opportunities

• Serve as the first line of defense for any customer escalations during implementation

• Gain a deep understanding of our customer segments and diverse use cases

• Evaluate any gaps in our ability to provide a successful high-touch and self-serve onboarding experience for our customers and create a plan to address them

• Work and influence cross-functionally with CS, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Sales to align on priorities and build process flows that affect multiple teams

🔧 What skills do I need?

• 3+ years of people management experience

• 5+ years as an individual contributor as an Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager

• ​​Experience in software implementation, escalation management, product solutioning, and strategic planning

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills

• Passion for the startup experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
