Join the yhangry team and help us spread the word about our private chef marketplace! As a Junior Growth Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving awareness and acquisition, generating leads for both demand and supply.

You'll work closely with one of the founders to bring initiatives to life. From SEO and content marketing to partnerships and influencer marketing, there will be plenty for you to do and learn!
βοΈ Write compelling content and create blog posts and landing pages
π€ Partner with brands and businesses that share our customer profile for cross-marketing opportunities
π©βπ€ Reach out to top journalists, content creators, and influencers on Instagram, blogs, vlogs, and podcasts, building relationships and promoting yhangry to their audience
π¨ Own the creative process for organic and paid social campaigns
π§ Optimize email campaigns for customer conversion and chef onboarding
π§ͺ Champion a data-driven and experimental growth culture, using data to find optimization opportunities and maximize marketing efficiency
πͺ’ Collaborate with the wider team on cross-channel initiatives, announcing new product features, customer and chef engagement and retention strategies
π‘ Ideate, research, and help execute new marketing opportunities, such as tube ads, TV ads, and affiliate marketing
