As our first UI/UX designer, you’ll focus on helping us to build the most intuitive and beautiful product in the world!
What you will do:
- Lead design for immediate roadmap initiatives: drive research, design flows from high level overview to detailed mockups
- Work tightly with engineers, product managers and broader team to ship products
- Approve the product quality
- Lead design research on critical initiatives
- Dive deep into understanding equivocal client needs and come up with thoughtful design solutions to their problems
- Build up our design team and establish a design culture
We are looking for someone with:
- 3+ years experience as a product designer, user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to work with engineers and product managers to ship products
- Experience with complex user workflows and UX design of B2B products
- Portfolio highlighting thought process throughout product development in past projects
- Editorial eye and strong design voice
- Attention to detail
- Experience using Figma
- Experience building and maintaining top notch UI library/reusable components
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment
