This is a senior field applications engineering role requiring experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This person will facilitate the successful integration of Zitara’s battery design and management software in complex customer applications, particularly those related to grid storage and renewable energy.
This person will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams: they will manage and nurture the customer relationship, develop technical solutions for customers, and aid in product design and development as a customer advocate within Zitara. The field applications engineer must combine robust technical skills with strong emotional intelligence to help customers achieve their goals while strengthening their relationship with Zitara.
Having experience in BESS, the Senior FAE will be expected to serve as a technical mentor and role-model within our field applications team, a close collaborator with our product team, and a key stakeholder in our product planning and decision-making process.
In order to keep climate change to 1.5°C, we’ll need 30% of global GDP (all of energy generation and transportation) to run on batteries by 2035.
