Pharma/Biotech Subject Matter Expert
About the role
tl;dr: seasoned pharma expert to turn clinical intuition into systematic models. No P&L, no live trading. You'll help our ML team understand what drug data actually means. We combine LLMs and traditional ML to systematize event-driven trading.
About you
Deep expertise in at least one of the following:
- Clinical development / regulatory: you've designed trials, interpreted data, or navigated FDA—you know what "good" results look like and why approvals happen or don't
- Biostatistics: you've built endpoints and run analyses—you know what's signal vs. noise
- Buy-side / sell-side biotech: you've traded or covered pharma catalysts—you know how markets price clinical risk
No trading experience required for non-finance backgrounds.
The work
Help us codify how experts evaluate drug data: trial design quality, endpoint relevance, competitive context, regulatory risk. Your job is to teach our systems what you know.
Starts as hourly consulting. Potential to convert to full-time.
