At Zoltar, we are building an AI-assisted tool for CX teams to automatically resolve customer support requests by calling the relevant set of APIs. Examples of use cases include: 1) helping e-commerce marketplace automate customer requests to process an item exchange 2) helping logistics companies automate customer requests to reschedule a delivery.

We are integrated with Intercom / Zendesk / Salesforce and many more so companies can leverage existing channels to resolve user issues more efficiently with Zoltar.

We're hiring for 2 Founding Engineers to help us iterate fast on product development and this will be an opportunity to bring a product from 0 to 1 along with the founders.
