Human Behavior: We reveal why users stay, leave, or pay

We have an AI that watches real user sessions to give you the "why" behind analytics numbers.

🎥 What if there’s an AI that watches every user so it has full contextual understanding of your webapp.

tl;dr: We’re just that! By analyzing all session replays, we extract behavior patterns that drive retention & revenue – without requiring manual event tracking. We sell to product teams at high growth startups like Delve, Conduit, etc.

Can’t watch all your session replay videos? We’d love to talk to you: founders@humanbehavior.co or https://cal.com/humanbehavior-founders/30min

❌ The Problem

Two options to understand how your product is used:

  1. Product analytics (like Mixpanel or Amplitude): Great for aggregating data but miss user context.
  2. Session replays capture absolutely everything, but there's no good way to aggregate them to learn anything useful.

"How many users abandon my product after a long LLM generation time? How long do enterprise vs free users spend on feature X?" These questions become difficult to answer with traditional methods.

💡Our Solution

We built Human Behavior to give you the best of both worlds using vision AI that actually watches your users. No more choosing between high-level analytics or drowning in session videos!

Without AI, thousands of session videos can be overwhelming. Now you'll never have to set manual feature tracking again – retroactively explore feature usage patterns from all your past users without wasting engineering time and effort.

👬 The Team

We're Amogh (Stanford CS), Skyler (Berkeley CS), and Chirag (UChicago CS) and we've spent countless hours watching session replays ourselves. We worked on VLM research at Stanford NLP Group and UChicago Database Group, commercializing it to give the best customer behavior insights.
