🤔 Short Description: A Full Stack Developer is in charge of developing our products. To do so you’ll be part of an international team, bringing you support and guidance in your journey. This position is key for the growth of Payflow.

Ok, but what is FullStack Developer about?
Our FullStack Developer will be part of an international team (more than 10 nationalities). Making things happen across the Tech department. You will be mentored by our VP of Engineering and exposed to a wide variety of topics related to the application, the dashboard or integrations.
More specifically, some of the key tasks are:
DEVELOP THE APP’S NEW FEATURES. We are aiming to have the most complete financial wellbeing app of the market, let’s make it true with your skills and develop high value features! BUILD INTEGRATIONS WITH HR SOFTWARES. Our strength is to go live with all the possible HR software to ensure our client the quickest onboarding possible DEVELOP OUR DASHBOARD. Give better tools for HR departments to retain their talents and take the constant temperature of the financial wellbeing of their employees
In short, Full Stack Developer is a key role that requires a strong capacity of adaptation to high intensity development and a will to own from A to Z projects. You are part of the frontline of Payflow success and will be among the first 20 employees to build the future of employee benefits in Spain and abroad.

English speaker, Spanish is a plus and legal right to work in Spain A strong entrepreneurial mindset 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in startups A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to do whatever overall Deep understanding of Node.js, MySQL and API development Good understanding of React or Angular (or similar) Experience with AWS and Docker Experience writing unit and integration tests Ideally experience in integrating with HR, Payroll or banking software Ideally experience with mobile framework such as iconic or react native Ideally experience with Typescript Sense of urgency and ability to multitask Attention to detail Interest in social impact, employee benefits and/or payments technology Willingness to take our product to the next level! 🔥

1st round: 1 hour - Tech call with VP of Engineering and a peer from the Tech team.
2nd round: Technical exercise - Take-home test.
3th round: 1 hour - Tech call with 2 other peers from the Tech team.

Payflow is a mobile app. It allows employees to get paid whenever they want, instead of just once a month. We sell it to companies as an employee perk, in exchange for a SaaS fee. Our HQ are in Madrid and Barcelona, but we are opening offices across Latam imminently. We are generally looking for talent in Product, Tech, Sales and Ops but we occasionally have some other roles open. We only want to work with the best, so you should expect a testing interview process if you apply!
