At AON3D, we're more than just an industrial 3D printer manufacturer. We’re a team of the brightest, hardest working minds out there. By hiring and training our team this way, we’ve made our product better, we’ve made our journey together better, and we’ve achieved our fundraising and roadmap milestones. We’re resilient, we learn something from every single experience, and we can make orange juice out of lemons (not just your basic lemonade). 

We believe that by equipping our team with the autonomy and tools that they need to do their best work, we can empower the best growth and creativity. It’s one of our core values.

Our recent success has exceeded our wildest dreams (work-related, at least). As such, we need to hire new talented experts and generalists to join our team.
