We’re looking for a passionate & optimistic product manager to join our growing product team. As our first product manager, you’ll work closely with our CTO, Product Design and stellar Engineering team to deliver our bold product strategy & development. You’ll be our first hire in this function allowing you to shape the role and enjoy a high degree of autonomy.

Your responsibilities:

• You’ll work hand-in-hand with our amazing cross-functional teams to outline, prioritise, and agree on product needs
• As our first product manager hire, you’ll lead the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features that value
• While we are a young fast moving company, we're looking for somebody to help us bring rigour to our process as we grow, while at the same time keeping us nimble and flexible
• As our customers based rapidly grows, we need someone to analyse data, user feedback, and market research to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
• You’ll serve as a key liaison between key stakeholders including sales, design & engineering to ensure our product engine runs smoothly

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager, with a strong preference for experience in an early-stage startup! Domain knowledge in retail/commerce is also a plus
• We're looking for somebody who is fascinated by the product management process and keen to help us build an efficient and effective product engine to in order to help us deliver both our commercial targets and user needs
• You’ll be a strong communicator who can simplify complex topics & achieve consensus among groups
• We work in a super complex space so we're looking for a system thinker who can balance user needs, technology needs and business needs in order to create smart, elegant solutions
• We're a start-up. Things change quickly around here. A decision which was right today might not work tomorrow. As such we're looking for somebody with a flexible mindset and who exudes equanimity—the quality of being calm and level headed in a rapidly changing environment
• We love working together and getting around a whiteboard, so we are looking for someone who enjoys working in an office
