Responsibilities:

  • You will be entrusted with a portfolio of our key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture these relationships, ensuring a deep and enduring trust between our clients and our company.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand our business footprint within these accounts, ensuring that our solutions continually evolve to meet their evolving needs.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Resolve any customer issues and problems and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field within the fintech or payment solutions sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, especially in the technology or financial services industries.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level.
