Customer support representative

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our growing team at Bristle Health. In this role, you will be a vital part of our customer service department, ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience while interacting with our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues or questions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products or services to address customer concerns effectively.
• Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis.
• Identify and report product or service issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (training will be provided). Bonus if you have experience with Intercom and Shopify.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
