Founding Marketer

Campfire is on the lookout for a Founding Marketer to be our sole marketer and manage everything from driving inbound pipeline, managing field marketing and writing content such as blogs and case studies. This role is an opportunity to join a YC-backed startup and report to the CEO.

Please note: We are in the office every day of the week at our San Francisco HQ in the Financial District. Working remotely is not an option for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver inbound pipeline and accelerate existing pipeline. Work closely with our sales and engineering teams to understand our product positioning and optimal GTM approach.
• Engage with our audience through creative campaigns and initiatives. Build a following for our social media accounts and advertising for brand awareness.
• Use data to understand what works and what doesn't. Analyze metrics and feedback to refine our marketing approaches continually.
• Manage the end-to-end process for in-person and digital events such as webinars and dinners for prospects and customers.
• Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our initiatives align with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a Growth Marketing Lead or in a similar role. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Craft engaging content and campaigns that capture attention.
• Use insights to refine strategies and make informed decisions.
• Be ready to adjust strategies based on evolving market trends and user feedback.
• Be a self-start that is ready for an unstructured, early-stage startup environment.
