QA Testing Engineer

One of India's fastest growing consumer health platforms -- Clinikally -- is hiring a QA Engineer!

As the first QA testing Engineer to join Clinikally.com's ever growing and mission-driven team, you will own the entire lifecycle of development, test, production, and ensuing fixes and improvements with the guidance of leads, while improving the test automation experience at Clinikally by implementing tools/scripts, test coverage, and/or enhancing code structure, and automate repeated manual tasks to improve productivity.

The team works closely with tech leadership, brand managers, growth marketers, designers and product managers to ensure the successful delivery of a robust online platform.

What You Will Do:

• Document and troubleshoot errors across the platform
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
• Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Technical Skills/Qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in QA methodology.
• Experience in automated testing tools like Rest Assured, Selenium, Appium, VBA Macros, JIRA, GitHub, or similar.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL) for scripting tests.
• Experience with performance, manual, Visual, API & Automation Testing.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
