Codingal is seeking a social media marketing specialist to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for social media and digital marketing and possess strong skills in creative writing, Facebook and Instagram marketing, as well as excellent written and spoken English proficiency, then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter(X) and Instagram
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive leads
- Accountable for email campaigns, drip campaigns, weekly newsletter and referral campaigns
- Deliver on SEO led content and articles to drive more organic traffic
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns for coding courses, competitions and coding content
- Craft compelling user stories along with teacher operations and sales team to drive engagement
- Communicate the essence of Codingal’s vision and mission with a powerful narrative
- Work on staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to enhance our online presence
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages on time
- Assist in the creation of social media advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and drive conversions
Eligibility
- Candidates with a proven track record of driving viral content on Insta and Facebook will be preferred.
- Candidate should be expert in creating reels and videos for social media
- Experience of 1 year and strong understanding of social media marketing
CTC: 4-5 lakhs per annum + Stock options
Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
