SEO Manager
About the role
We are looking for an SEO expert to deliver outstanding results leveraging Google and other Organic sources. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search engines.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving organic visits and leads for the business
- Collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI through SEO
- Create detailed on-page actionable for each month
- Work closely with engineering team to deliver on-page requirements
- Build SEO roadmap to achieve visits and leads for business
- Follow time-tested SEO practices for all webpages
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research, analyze, document and share competitor strengths and weaknesses
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Requirements
- Proven SEO experience of at least 3 years
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (GA4, Google Console, Webmaster, SEM Rush, Moz, etc)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
CTC: 8-10 lakhs per annum + Employee stock options
Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
