We are building Air Traffic Control for warehouses. We help warehouses process thousands of trucks and shipments every single day and move the physical economy forward.

As the operating system for shipping and receiving, we serve one of the largest, most important industries in the world. Logistics teams depend on our systems for critical workflows every single day, making their operations more productive, reliable, and profitable.

What we're looking for

As a software engineer, you'll play a critical role in helping grow the company. While your core job is to build software, you'll at times needs to wear multiple hats ranging from go-to-market to support. You'll also work directly with the CEO and CTO every day.

We’re looking for help to accelerate our efforts to build the operating system for shipping and receiving at warehouses. We believe that there is tremendous value to be created by working closely with our customers and bringing modern solutions to their problems. We’re growing rapidly month by month, and delivering new features that delight our users on a daily basis.

Expectations

As a Founding Engineer, you will …

  • Iteratively build features all over the stack.
  • Drive projects end-to-end, from inception to implementation.
  • Work closely with our entire team to process customer feedback and prioritize actionable solutions.
  • Make sound technical decisions that balance the delivery of today’s features with building a foundation for tomorrow’s.
  • Ensure the development experience and production infrastructure scale with the growth of the company and product.
  • Play a pivotal role in establishing the company’s culture and processes.
  • Occasional travel to customer's sites.

This is a hybrid role. You are expected to join the team in our San Francisco office 3 days per week (Typically Tues - Thurs).

Qualifications

You would thrive here if you...

  • Have 3+ years of full stack experience. With a baseline level of comfort with web development, experience with our tech stack (Python, Django, Svelte, Postgres) is not a requirement; in fact, you will have a major voice in choosing new technologies.
  • Are driven by curiosity and a desire to learn. You aren’t expected to start out an expert on anything, but you should aspire to develop that expertise as the situation requires.
  • Are persistent in driving through blockers and towards solutions.
  • Make confident trade-offs in low-leverage decisions, but also have a keen eye for identifying high-leverage inflection points.
  • Exercise empathy with our customers and their partners to understand their pain points.
  • Are adaptive to changes and learnings.
  • Have logistics and startup experience - a plus, but not a requirement
