About the role

As a part of our Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational success for our field crews nationwide. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and in-person operations to deliver the future of home services. Your work will have a tangible and critical impact as our services rapidly scale across multiple markets.

We’re seeking a proactive, numbers and processes obsessed Operations hire to join our team in Charlotte. NC. The ideal person for this role has supported market launches from 0 to 1, loves working in a fast-paced environment and thrives in creating order out of chaos.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, implement, and monitor internal KPIs and SLAs that demonstrate efficient and high quality delivery.
  • Identify and implement repeatable processes for launching new markets
  • Work with the COO and the broader leadership team to generate new short-and-long term strategic ideas for our operation
  • Implement scalable initiatives and best practices to improve quality and efficiency
  • Leverage data whenever possible to inform your decisioning, including the development of models by using tools like Excel and SQL to evaluate the strategic costs and benefits of various programs and experiments
  • Support organizational development as we scale

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in consulting, strategy, or related operational experience You use data to inform tough decisions, and are comfortable operating at both the 10,000 foot level and at the 10 inch level
  • Effective at time management, able to properly prioritize and manage a large volume of tasks
  • Extremely organized with a sharp attention to detail
  • Orientation towards working smarter and adopting best practices and standardization
