Founders' Office

As a Founders’ Office Associate, you will be at the heart of our operation, supporting our leadership team and ensuring the seamless functioning of our company. From office management to talent acquisition support, finance assistance to event planning, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency and productivity across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Liaison: Collaborate closely with the legal department to follow up on pending tasks, contracts, and compliance matters.
• Finance Assistance: Assist in finance-related tasks such as invoicing, coordinating with finance firms, purchase orders, financial statements, and payroll onboarding.
• Document Organization: Maintain meticulous organization of all company documents, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
• Executive Assistant Duties: Prepare organizational documents and presentations, assist with travel arrangements and expense reports, and manage confidential matters and special projects.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in recruitment efforts, from drafting job postings to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and productive workspace, managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Meeting Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring optimal time management for the leadership team.
• Company Culture and Engagement: Organize company events and employee engagement activities to foster a positive and vibrant company culture.

Round 1: Initial Screening Round This stage is a more informal call to get to know more about the role, and for you to evaluate whether it’s a good fit for you. We are looking for people with a strong interest in startups and the motivation to help them; this is usually exhibited by past experience working at or starting one yourself. Lastly, the conversation will also cover some light discussion about your past projects.

Round 2/3: This stage will be a more technical deep dive where you shall be given a problem statement on-spot or in advance.

Round 3/4: Culture Fit For the “fit” portion, we are again looking for ownership and autonomy, but we also dig deeper into communication. This is evaluated throughout the process -- in how you communicate your approach, solutions, and overall thinking.

Each interview is 1 hour long, with 45 minutes allocated for the technical deep-dive, and 15 minutes for general Q&A.
