Job Description: Vice President of Sales, North America - Cyble

Location: Headquarters, with flexibility for remote work

About Cyble:

Our platform empowers organizations to mitigate vulnerabilities and fortify their security postures. We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned Vice President of Sales to lead our North American team.

Position Overview: As the VP of Sales for North America, you will be entrusted with the task of scaling and leading our sales operations in the region, including taking charge of the U.S. SDR. The individual we seek should be steeped in threat intelligence SaaS sales and boast strong credibility within the CISO and CIO communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:

    • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies.
    • Lead and scale the North American sales and U.S. SDR teams, promoting a culture of excellence, cohesion, and accountability.
    • Design and implement enhanced sales processes and tools to boost team productivity.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Establish and nurture relationships with top executives and decision-makers.
    • Develop credibility and trust within the CISO and CIO communities.
    • Customize and present complex threat intelligence solutions tailored to specific client needs.
  • Strategic Alignment:

    • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team, influencing the enhancement of offerings.
  • Competitive Intelligence:

    • Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to address competitive threats and seize market opportunities.
    • Utilize experience and insights garnered from previous roles to give Cyble a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 15 years in sales, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within threat intelligence or related SaaS-based selling environment.
    • Proven track record of building and leading national sales teams, with documented success in achieving revenue targets.
  • Skills:

    • Extensive experience and skills in threat intelligence.
    • Strong network and credibility within the CISO and CIO communities.
    • Ability to strategize, execute, and deliver results in a dynamic and complex environment.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated acumen in addressing and responding to challenges posed by competitors.

They would have successfully built and led a national-level team and demonstrated exceptional ability to navigate through complex sales cycles, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue generation.
