Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full stack development of our product, focusing on both frontend and backend systems
• Inform technical direction and product strategy as a core member of the team
• Build, design and maintain scalable systems from one to millions of users
• Contribute to the development lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Establish and uphold best practices in engineering, coding, and security
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced in deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on performance evaluation, advanced testing, and reducing hallucinations to ensure robust and accurate applications
• Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
• Exposure to frontend technologies (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind) and backend development (Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tools (Git Actions, Kubernetes, Argo & Argo CD) in a cloud environment is a plus, preferably in Google Cloud
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience in a fast paced startup environment, especially in health-tech, is highly desirable
• Passion for improving healthcare through technology
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
